A Journey of Expression

About me
Binita is a Nepal-born, naturalized citizen whose journey has taken her from the heart of the Himalayas to the vibrant streets of Ottawa. A graduate with honours in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University, Binita has evolved into a multifaceted force: an artist, activist, and self-growth coach.
Driven by a deep passion for healing and inner transformation, Binita now dedicates her life to empowering women to reconnect with themselves, pursue their desires unapologetically, and find love from within. Her spiritual practice is grounded in the belief that God-consciousness lives within us all—a truth she embodies through her daily life and work.
As an activist and researcher, her impact has reached global audiences. Her groundbreaking piece “An Invisible Immigrant” was featured on a top international nursing blog, shedding light on the nuanced realities of immigrant women in healthcare.
Through her coaching, Binita shares daily self-affirmations that help women reframe their inner dialogue and step into their highest selves. She is currently writing her first book, Mirror notes: Daily Affirmations of Healing and Self-love, a guide to self-reclamation and feminine power.
Binita is a living testament to what becomes possible when we choose to heal, align with our truth, and live spiritually awakened lives
